Not always. Smaller offices with a clear scope can book directly with our team, with no walkthrough needed. Everything else gets a free on-site walkthrough and a quote, and that includes every medical and dental office. We walk the space with you, then write the scope and the quote from what we saw.

Where do you clean commercial spaces?
Across Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania suburbs within about 30 miles of Center City, in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks and Chester counties. That includes Center City and University City offices, the Navy Yard, King of Prussia, Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting. Our home base is Northeast Philadelphia.
Who does the cleaning?
Philly's Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support. That doesn't change once the cleaning starts.
Can you clean before or after business hours?
Tell us your hours when you request a walkthrough. Scheduling around them is part of your written scope, and we build the schedule around when the space is empty. Tell us how entry and lock-up work too, but please don't put door or alarm codes in the form.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts for commercial customers. Your written scope sets what gets cleaned and how often. If the space needs more time than the scope allows, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.
What if something gets missed?
Contact the office, not the cleaner, within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to re-clean what was in your booked scope at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning. That's Philly's Guarantee.
