Can you clean more than one location?
Tell us about each store when you request a walkthrough, and each one gets its own written scope. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support, so you have one company to call for every location we clean.
Who does the cleaning?
Philly's Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support. That doesn't change once the cleaning starts.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts for commercial customers. Your written scope sets what gets cleaned and how often. If the space needs more time than the scope allows, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.
What if something gets missed?
