In short

What standard
cleaning is.

A standard house cleaning is regular upkeep for a home that’s already kept up: floors, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms and the laundry area, top to bottom. Book it one time or on a schedule, and see your price before you submit. If it’s been a while, start with a deep clean.

We clean homes in every Philadelphia neighborhood and the Pennsylvania suburbs, from rowhomes and trinities to condos and walk-ups.

Who it’s for: pick the schedule that fits

  • Every 4 weeks2 visits in 8 weeksGood for smaller or quieter homes, or anyone who does the daily upkeep and wants a regular top-to-bottom refresh.
  • One timeBook it when you need itGood for before guests, a party or a holiday, or to try us before choosing a schedule.

House cleaning FAQ

Answers
before
you book.

Not sure which clean or schedule fits? Call or text and we’ll tell you what we’d book for your home.

What’s included in a standard house cleaning?

Floors vacuumed and mopped, dusting of reachable surfaces and furniture, counters and shelves, mirrors, trash, window sills, the kitchen including the stovetop, appliance exteriors and inside the microwave, the bathrooms top to bottom, and the laundry area. The full room-by-room checklist is on this page.

How often should I schedule house cleaning?

Standard house cleaning can be booked one time, weekly, every other week, every 4 weeks or twice a year. Weekly suits busy homes with kids, pets or a lot of traffic, every other week suits homes you keep tidy day to day, and every 4 weeks suits smaller or quieter homes. Call or text and we’ll tell you what we’d book for your home.

What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

A standard clean maintains a home that’s already kept up. A deep clean is unconditional: every item on the deep cleaning list is cleaned whether or not it looks like it needs it, including baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, cobwebs and treated grout. If it’s been more than a few weeks, start with a deep clean.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Philly’s Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and customer support.

Do I need to be home, and do you bring supplies?

You do not need to be home. Provide secure entry instructions before the appointment and tell us about alarms, pets or restricted rooms. Cleaners arrive with standard cleaning supplies and equipment; if you want a specific product used, leave it out with clear instructions. In a rowhome or walk-up, tell us where to park too.

How much does house cleaning cost in Philadelphia?

Every cleaning is custom quoted to fit your home. Your price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows it before you submit. Prefer a set price? The x98 Specials are two cleaning professionals for 2 hours at $198, 3 hours at $298 or 4 hours at $398.

What if something was missed during my cleaning?

Walk through before the cleaner leaves and tell us if anything in your booked scope was missed, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact our office within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead and there’s no fee. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30. To change an appointment, call or text 215.798.7576. We answer 9 AM to 9 PM, every day.
