dust.

Post-construction cleaning is detailed cleanup for renovation dust and the mess left after the project is finished. Because no two projects leave the same mess, it’s quoted per project instead of booked from a fixed checklist.

We clean renovated rowhomes, condos and houses across Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania suburbs, once the last trade is out.

Who books it

  • After a remodelA new kitchen, bathroom or basement, and a fine layer of dust on everything around it.
  • Moving into a renovated homeThe work wrapped up before move-in day. Get the cleanup done before the furniture arrives.
  • Getting a property readyUpdates finished before a listing or a new tenant, and the home needs to show the work.

Why it’s its own service

A deep clean isn’t
built for this.

Our house, deep and moving checklists are written for homes people live in or have just moved out of. Post-construction dust and debris sit outside all three.

What the clean covers

Post-construction cleaning starts from the project instead of a checklist. You tell us what was done and where, and the quote is built around that, with the scope written for your home.

Before you book

If something on your list isn’t something we do, we’ll tell you before you book. The home needs working water, electricity and lighting. Add-ons are chosen at booking or approved before the cleaner starts them, and nothing is added without your approval.

Your quote

What we’ll ask
about your project.

A good quote starts with the right questions. Have these answers ready and your options come back faster.

1What was done

A kitchen or bathroom remodel, a finished basement, an addition, new floors or a whole-home renovation.

2Where the dust reached

Which rooms and floors the work touched, and which ones were closed off.

3When the work finishes

The date the last trade is out.
We schedule the cleaning for after it.

4Lived in or empty

Whether you’re living in the home during the project or moving in once it’s done.

5Your deadline

A move-in date, a listing, guests or a closing.
Tell us before the appointment.

6Your priorities

The rooms and areas that matter most to you, so we know where to start.

Post-construction pricing

What it
costs.

It’s a custom quote, because the project sets the work. The price is based on the size of the home, the rooms the work touched and how much dust and mess the project left.

01
Stairs on every floor

Tell us which floors the work touched, and whether the stairs were part of it.

02
Trinities

Three small floors joined by a winding stair.
Mention it so the quote fits the layout.

03
Walk-ups + condos

No elevator, a front desk, or building rules?
Add them to your quote request.

04
Parking + access

Street parking, permits and keys.
Tell us where to park and how to get in.

No surprise changes. If the home needs more time than expected, you get options first: approve more time, keep the original length and focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit. Nothing is added without your approval.

Late changes. Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead and there’s no fee. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.

Before cleaning day

Is the home
ready for us?

Book it for after the last trade leaves.
Then check these four things.

  1. 01The work is finished

Please make sure the construction work is finished before your cleaning.

  2. 02Tools and clutter out

The home should be free of tools and clutter so the cleaning professionals can reach the surfaces.

  3. 03Water, power, lights

Working water, electricity and lighting are required for the cleaning.

  4. 04Access is sorted

Share secure entry instructions and tell us about alarms, pets or restricted rooms before the appointment.

Timelines slip on renovations. If your finish date moves, call or text and we’ll look at the schedule with you.

What is post-construction cleaning?

Post-construction cleaning is detailed cleanup for renovation dust and the mess left after the project is finished. Every renovation leaves a different mess, so it’s quoted per project based on what was done and where. There’s no fixed checklist; your quote sets the scope.

How much does post-construction cleaning cost?

Post-construction cleaning is a custom quote. The price is based on the size of the home, the rooms the work touched and how much dust and mess the project left. If the home needs more time than expected, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.

Is post-construction cleaning the same as a deep clean?

No. Our house cleaning, deep cleaning and move-out checklists are written for homes people live in or have just moved out of, and post-construction dust and debris sit outside all three. After a renovation, request a post-construction quote instead, and tell us what was done.

When should I book my post-construction cleaning?

Book it for after the construction work is finished and the home is free of tools and clutter. Cleaning while trades are still working means their dust lands on surfaces that were just cleaned. Working water, electricity and lighting are required.

Can I book post-construction cleaning online?

Post-construction cleaning starts with a quote, because every project is different. Request a quote and tell us about the project, or call or text and we’ll talk it through. Have the answers ready on what was done, where, and when the work finishes, and your options come back faster.

What happens if the job is bigger than expected?

We do not add paid time without your approval. You can usually choose one of three options: approve additional cleaning time, keep the original appointment length and focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit for the remaining work. You decide before any extra work starts.

What if something was missed?

Walk through before the cleaner leaves and tell us, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge.

Do you clean commercial spaces after a renovation?

Yes. Commercial spaces are scoped per property, so tell us about the space and the project on our commercial cleaning page and we’ll come back with a quote. If a space needs a specialized certification, we’ll tell you before you book.
