Current condition
A home that has not been cleaned in a while takes more work. Condition is a price factor, not a judgment.
Frequency
House cleaning can be booked one time, or weekly, every other week or monthly.
Add-ons
Extras like the inside of the fridge, oven or cabinets are chosen at booking and priced in the form.
Reserved time
Where a booking reserves a set amount of time, like the x98 Specials, the time sets the price.

- Cancelling or rescheduling
- Free of charge more than 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
- If the home needs more time
- You get options before extra work is added: add time, focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit. Nothing is added without your approval.
- 20% off a deep clean online
- 20% off a one-time deep cleaning you book yourself online ($250 minimum) with the online booking code. One per household. Can’t be combined with other offers, the x98 Specials or PhillyCare+.
- Community appreciation
- 15% off an eligible cleaning for veterans, first responders, teachers and seniors 65 and over. Contact Philly’s Clean Team before booking so the team can confirm the offer.
- Refer a friend
- Share your personal referral link from the Referrals section of your customer account. When your friend completes their first cleaning, and you’ve completed one too, you each get $50 in referral credit toward your next cleaning. Referral credit doesn’t expire.
- Contracts
- No long-term contracts. Book one time, or set a recurring schedule and change it when your schedule changes.
How much does house cleaning cost in Philadelphia?
Every cleaning is custom quoted to fit your home. Your price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows it before you submit. Prefer a set price? The x98 Specials are two cleaning professionals for 2 hours at $198, 3 hours at $298 or 4 hours at $398.
Why don’t you publish a price list?
Because two homes the same size can need very different amounts of work. So the price is calculated from your details instead.
Will I know the price before I book?
Yes. The booking form calculates your price from your details before you submit, and nothing is added without your approval.
How much are the x98 Specials?
2 hours with two cleaners for $198, 3 hours for $298, or 4 hours for $398. They are the only fixed prices Philly’s Clean Team publishes.

PhillyCare+ is priced for your home. The price is based on home size, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows it before you submit.
What happens if I cancel PhillyCare+ before visit 3?
If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due.

Can I use the online booking code on PhillyCare+ or a Special?
No. The online booking code takes 20% off one one-time deep cleaning you book yourself online, with a $250 minimum and one per household, and it can’t be combined with other offers, the x98 Specials or PhillyCare+.
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Commercial cleaning is quoted. Smaller offices with a clear scope can book directly with our team, no walkthrough needed. Larger spaces, or spaces that are harder to quote, get an on-site walkthrough and a quote.
