In short

What recurring
cleaning is.

Recurring house cleaning is our standard house cleaning, booked on a schedule: weekly, every other week or every 4 weeks. Every visit follows the standard house cleaning checklist, the booking form shows your price before you submit, and there’s no long-term contract.

Starting from scratch? PhillyCare+ is the way to start: the deep-clean upgrade on visit 1, then visits 2 and 3 on your schedule.

I’m a very satisfied, customer. Been using them for about 6 months now, and will continue. I have a dog in when I say I don’t see no hair😩😩 thank y’all so much… Us dog lovers know what I’m talking about. And it smell so good. Windows no dust.

Can I book weekly or bi-weekly house cleaning?

Yes. Recurring cleaning runs weekly, bi-weekly (every other week) or every 4 weeks. Weekly suits busy homes with kids, pets or a lot of traffic, every other week suits homes you keep tidy day to day, and every 4 weeks suits smaller or quieter homes.

Is recurring cleaning the same as PhillyCare+?

No. Recurring house cleaning is standard house cleaning on a schedule. PhillyCare+ is a deal for starting it: a 3-visit introductory plan where visit 1 gets the deep-clean upgrade at the discounted first-clean price, then visits 2 and 3 are recurring cleanings. After visit 3, there’s no long-term contract.

What’s included in each visit?

Every recurring visit follows the standard house cleaning checklist: throughout the home, the kitchen, the bathrooms and the laundry area. Add-ons like the inside of the fridge, oven and cabinets can be chosen on any visit. Need one small thing done? Tell us before your appointment and we’ll do our best to fit it in if time allows.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?

Philly’s Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and customer support.

How much does recurring house cleaning cost?

It’s priced for your home. The price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows your price before you submit. If a visit needs more time than you booked, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.

Is there a contract?

No. There are no long-term contracts on recurring house cleaning. If you start with PhillyCare+, there’s no long-term contract after visit 3. Cancel the plan before visit 3 and the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due.

Do I need to be home for each visit?

You do not need to be home. Provide secure entry instructions before the appointment and tell us about alarms, pets, restricted rooms or anything the cleaner should know. Tell us where to park and how to get in, and mention a trinity or a walk-up in your booking notes.

What if something was missed on a visit?

Walk through before the cleaner leaves and tell us if anything in your booked scope was missed, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact our office within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.
