The top-to-bottom reset for a lived-in home.
Every item on the checklist, every time.

A deep house cleaning is a top-to-bottom reset of a home that’s lived in. Every item on the checklist is cleaned whether or not it looks like it needs it, including the details a routine clean skips, like baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans and grout.
We deep clean homes in every Philadelphia neighborhood and the Pennsylvania suburbs. Book online and see your price before you submit.
Who books it
Need one small thing done while we’re there? Tell us before your appointment and we’ll do our best to fit it in if time allows. Bigger jobs, like the inside of the fridge or oven, are add-ons you can pick when you book.
The home needs working water, electricity and lighting. Add-ons are chosen at booking or approved before the cleaner starts them, and nothing is added without your approval. Renovation dust? That’s Post-Construction Cleaning. Junk to clear first? That’s Heavy-Duty Cleanup.
A standard clean maintains a home that’s already kept up. A deep clean catches up on everything a routine visit doesn’t reach.
Not sure which you need? If it’s been a while since the home had a professional clean, start with a deep clean.

PhillyCare+ is our deal for starting regular cleaning: your first visit gets the deep-clean upgrade free*, then visits 2 and 3 are recurring cleanings.
*How the deal works: visit 1 gets the deep-clean upgrade at the discounted first-clean price. Complete all 3 visits to keep it. If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due.
Your first appointment gets the deep-clean upgrade.
Your first recurring visit keeps it up.
Your second recurring visit finishes the plan.

Range hood + gratesThere’s no single price for a deep clean, because every home is a different size and condition. Your price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you choose, and reserved time where it applies. A home with heavy buildup can add the Heavy Duty add-on.
A deep clean wipes every railing and banister, and a rowhome has stairs on every floor.
Tell us how many floors.
Three small floors joined by a winding stair.
Mention it so the team knows the layout.
No elevator, a front desk, or building rules?
Add them to your booking notes.
Street parking, permits and keys.
Tell us where to park and how to get in.
You see it before you submit. The booking form calculates your price from your details before you submit. If the home needs more time than you booked, you get options first: add time, focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit. Nothing is added without your approval.
Prefer a set price? The x98 Specials are 2 cleaners for 2 hours at $198, 3 hours at $298 or 4 hours at $398, working through your priorities in order. A Special buys time pointed at your priorities. A deep clean buys the whole checklist.
Late changes. Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours ahead and there’s no fee. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
Booking online yourself? Take 20% off a one-time deep cleaning you book online. $250 minimum, one per household, and it can’t be combined with other offers, the x98 Specials or PhillyCare+.
A few minutes before the visit saves time on the day.
Here’s what helps most.

Tell us where to park and how to get in.
You don’t need to be home.
Pick up loose clutter so counters, shelves and floors can be cleaned.
Keep pets in a safe spot.
Tell us about alarms or rooms to skip.
Empty and defrost the fridge, run the oven’s self-clean cycle and empty the cabinets.
When you can, look it over before your cleaners leave.
Walk through before the cleaner leaves and tell us if anything in your booked scope was missed, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact our office within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.Covers what you booked, not extras asked for on the day. Contact the office, not the cleaner.
Not sure if you need a deep clean? Call or text and we’ll tell you which clean we’d book for your home.
Call or text 215.798.7576A standard clean maintains a home that’s already kept up. A deep clean is unconditional: every item on the list is cleaned whether or not it looks like it needs it, including baseboards, door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, cobwebs, stair railings, fully wiped cabinet fronts, a descaled sink and treated grout.
The whole home: floors with edges and corners detailed, dusting including décor and picture frames, hand-wiped baseboards, doors and frames, switches and handles, ceiling fans and fixtures, the kitchen with a degreased stovetop and descaled sink, scrubbed bathrooms with grout treated, and the laundry area. The full room-by-room checklist is on this page.
Yes. Baseboards are hand wiped on every deep clean. On a standard clean they’re dusted on request and usually skipped. Doors and door frames, light switches and stair railings are wiped on every deep clean too, which matters in a rowhome with stairs on every floor.
No, they are add-ons you choose at booking, along with the inside of cabinets and drawers. Add them if you want the kitchen done inside and out. Empty and defrost the fridge, run the oven’s self-clean cycle and empty the cabinets before the cleaning.
If the home hasn’t had a professional clean in a while, yes. Start with a deep clean, then keep it up with regular visits, so every visit after the first one is maintenance instead of catch-up. PhillyCare+ is built that way: the deep-clean upgrade on visit 1, then recurring visits.

Add the Heavy Duty add-on for extra scrubbing of built-up grime and neglected areas. If the home needs junk or item removal before it can be cleaned, that’s Heavy-Duty Cleanup, which starts with an assessment. We do not add paid time without your approval.
Yes. A deep clean works the same way in an apartment, condo or rowhome as in a house, and the price is based on the home’s size and condition. In a walk-up or a condo building, add the floor, the front desk and any building rules to your booking notes.
