How does PhillyCare+ work?
PhillyCare+ is a 3-visit introductory plan. Visit 1 includes the deep-clean upgrade, then visits 2 and 3 are recurring cleanings. Complete all 3 visits to keep the discounted first-clean price. If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due. After visit 3, there’s no long-term contract.
Is PhillyCare+ the same as recurring cleaning?
PhillyCare+ is a way to start recurring cleaning. Your recurring cleanings follow the standard house cleaning checklist on the schedule you pick, and PhillyCare+ adds the deep-clean upgrade to visit 1 of the first 3 visits. You can also book recurring house cleaning on its own.
What’s included in the first visit?
Your first appointment gets the deep-clean upgrade: the deep cleaning checklist, including hand-wiped baseboards, door frames, switches and handles, ceiling fans and fixtures, cobwebs, treated grout and descaled fixtures. How often can the recurring visits be scheduled?
PhillyCare+ visits can run weekly, every other week or monthly. You pick the schedule in the booking form. After visit 3, there’s no long-term contract, so you can keep your schedule, change it or stop. Not sure which schedule fits? Call or text 215.798.7576.
What happens if I cancel before visit 3?
If you cancel before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted first-clean price and the regular first-clean price becomes due. Once visit 3 is done, the first-visit discount is yours to keep, and there’s no long-term contract.
How much does PhillyCare+ cost?
PhillyCare+ is priced for your home. The price is based on home size, current condition, frequency and the add-ons you choose, and the booking form shows it before you submit. Visit 1 is billed at the discounted first-clean price, and visits 2 and 3 at your recurring cleaning price.
Can I use the online booking code with PhillyCare+?
No. PhillyCare+ isn’t a coupon code, and the online booking code can’t be combined with it. That code takes 20% off one one-time deep cleaning you book yourself online, with a $250 minimum and one per household, and it can’t be combined with other offers or the x98 Specials either.
