How it works
in Philadelphia.

You book online or by text, we confirm the details, and background-checked, insured cleaning professionals arrive with standard supplies. Here is each step, with the rules written out.

In short

The short
version.

Choose your service and tell us about your home, and the booking form calculates your price before you submit. Submitting sends a booking request. The appointment is confirmed once the details are reviewed and an available cleaning professional is matched, and confirmation and schedule updates are sent by email and text.

to walkthrough.

Start your booking →
  1. 01Tell us about the home

Pick the service, then enter your home’s size, its condition, how often you want it cleaned and any add-ons. The form calculates your price from those details, so you see it before you submit. Put parking, stairs and building rules in your booking notes.

  2. 02We review and match

Submitting sends a booking request, not a confirmed appointment. We review the details, including access, parking, priorities and timing, and match available background-checked, insured cleaning professionals to your date and area.

  3. 03Cleaning day

Plan for a 2-hour arrival window. Your cleaning professionals arrive with the standard supplies and equipment for the service you booked. You do not need to be home, as long as entry instructions are in place.

  4. 04The walkthrough

If you are home, walk through before your cleaners leave and point out anything missed, so it can be fixed on the spot.

Philly’s
Guarantee

If something in your booked scope was missed: walk through before the cleaner leaves and tell us, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning.

Contact us, not the cleaning professional. Philly’s Clean Team stays your contact for booking, communication, payment and support.

On the day

What cleaning day
looks like.

No guessing once you’ve booked.
Here is what to expect when we arrive.

A 2-hour arrival window

Plan for a 2-hour arrival window rather than a single time. The cleanings booked before yours can take more or less time than expected, and the window absorbs that instead of pushing it onto you.

You don’t need to be home

Entry, alarm, parking, pet and lock-up instructions can be provided in advance. Tell us about restricted rooms or anything the cleaning professional should know before the visit.

Supplies come with them

Standard supplies and equipment are provided for the service you selected. Leave out trash bags, because trash liners are replaced with bags you supply.

If the home needs more time

You get options before any extra work is added: add time, focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit. Nothing is added without your approval.

One small extra thing

Need one small thing done while we are there? Tell us before your appointment and we will do our best to fit it in if time allows. Bigger jobs, like the inside of the fridge or oven, are add-ons you can pick when you book.

Parking and building access

Tell us where to park and how to get in. If your building has a front desk or rules for service visits, add them to your booking notes.

Price and changes

What your price is based on
Home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you select, and reserved time where it applies. The booking form calculates it from your details before you submit.
Cancelling or rescheduling
Free of charge more than 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.
If the home needs more time
You get options before any extra work is added: add time, focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit. Nothing is added without your approval.
Contracts
No long-term contracts. Set a recurring schedule and change it when your schedule changes.

about the
process.

Still have a question about the process?

Call or text 215.798.7576
Is my booking confirmed as soon as I submit the form?

No. Submitting the form sends a booking request. The appointment is confirmed after the details are reviewed and an available cleaning professional is matched to your date and area. Confirmation and schedule updates are sent by email and text.

How soon can you clean my home?

Same day, next day and weekends. Book online, or call or text (215) 798-7576 to ask about a time.

How do I know what it will cost before I book?

The booking form calculates your price from your details before you submit. Price is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you select, and reserved time where it applies.

What time will the cleaning professionals arrive?

Plan for a 2-hour arrival window rather than a single arrival time. The cleanings booked before yours can take more or less time than expected, and the window absorbs that.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

You do not need to be home. Entry, alarm, parking, pet and lock-up instructions can be provided in advance. Tell us about restricted rooms or anything else the cleaning professional should know.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. Standard supplies and equipment are provided for the service you selected. Leave out trash bags, because trash liners are replaced with bags you supply.

What if my home needs more time than I booked?

You get options before any extra work is added: add time, focus on your priorities, or schedule another visit. Nothing is added without your approval.

What happens if I cancel or reschedule?

Cancel or reschedule free of charge more than 24 hours before the appointment. Inside 24 hours, a late cancellation is $60 and a late reschedule is $30.

Will I get the same cleaner every time?

We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit.

Can I ask for one extra thing on the day?

Need one small thing done while we are there? Tell us before your appointment and we will do our best to fit it in if time allows. Bigger jobs, like the inside of the fridge or oven, are add-ons you can pick when you book.

What should I tell you about my rowhome or building?

Tell us how many floors your home has, whether it is a trinity or a walk-up, where to park and how to get in. If your building has a front desk or rules for service visits, add them to your booking notes.

What do I do if something was missed?

Walk through before the cleaning professional leaves and tell us if anything in your booked scope was missed, so it can be fixed on the spot. If you notice it later, contact us within 24 hours and we will send a cleaner back to re-clean it at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning. Contact us rather than the cleaning professional, so the job is closed out correctly.
