Moving? That clean has its own checklist.

The difference, in short

Standard or
deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning keeps a home that is already kept up. Deep cleaning cleans every item on its checklist, every time, including the details a routine clean skips. The booking form calculates the price of each from your home’s details.

Moving in or out?

Moving gets its
own checklist.

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is built for a home that’s empty, or about to be. Every item on its checklist is included every time, because an empty home shows every surface.

  • Baseboards, doors, frames and blinds included
  • All cabinet and drawer fronts, since the home is empty
  • No laundry or pet add-ons, because the home is empty

CleanStart+ adds 2 recurring visits after a discounted move-in clean. If the plan is canceled before all 3 visits are completed, the remaining difference between the discounted price and the regular price of that first clean becomes due.

What’s the difference between a standard clean and a deep clean?

A standard clean maintains a home that’s already kept up. A deep clean is unconditional: every item on the list is cleaned whether or not it looks like it needs it, including baseboards, door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, cobwebs, stair railings, fully wiped cabinet fronts, a descaled sink and treated grout.

Should my first cleaning be a deep clean?

If the home hasn’t had a professional clean in a while, yes. Start with a deep clean, then keep it up with regular visits, so every visit after the first one is maintenance instead of catch-up. PhillyCare+ is built that way: the deep-clean upgrade on visit 1, then recurring visits.

Is move-out cleaning the same as deep cleaning?

No. Both clean every item on their checklist every time, but a move-in or move-out clean is built for a home that is empty, or about to be, where an empty home shows every surface. A deep clean is for a home that is lived in.

Are baseboards included in a standard clean?

Baseboards are dusted on request on a standard clean and usually skipped. They are hand wiped on every deep clean. Stair railings and banisters work the same way: on request on a standard clean, wiped on every deep clean, which matters in a rowhome with stairs on every floor.

Is the inside of the fridge and oven included?

No. On standard, deep and move-in or move-out cleaning they are add-ons you choose at booking, along with the inside of cabinets and drawers. Empty and defrost the fridge, run the oven’s self-clean cycle and empty the cabinets before the cleaning.

Which service costs the least?

It depends on the home. The price of each service is based on home size, cleaning type, current condition, frequency, the add-ons you choose, and reserved time where it applies, and the booking form calculates it before you submit. Prefer a set price? The x98 Specials are 2 cleaners for 2 hours at $198, 3 hours at $298 or 4 hours at $398, working through your priorities in order.
