Yes. Smaller offices with a clear scope can send a booking request online, one time or to start a routine. Submitting the form sends a booking request. The appointment is confirmed after the details are reviewed and an available cleaning professional is matched.
Do you clean offices in Center City towers?
Yes. We clean offices across Center City and University City, the Navy Yard, and the suburban office parks in King of Prussia, Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting. Tell us about the building when you request: front desk check-in, the freight elevator, building rules for vendors, and where to park.
Who does the cleaning?
Philly's Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support. That doesn't change once the cleaning starts.
Can you clean before or after business hours?
Tell us your hours when you request a walkthrough. Scheduling around them is part of your written scope, and we build the schedule around when the space is empty. Tell us how entry and lock-up work too, but please don't put door or alarm codes in the form.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts for commercial customers. Your written scope sets what gets cleaned and how often. If the space needs more time than the scope allows, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.
What if something gets missed?
