Yes. Every medical and dental office gets a free on-site walkthrough before anything is booked. We walk the practice with you, talk through the rooms and any clinical areas, and then send a quote. Only the walkthrough is free. The cleaning is priced from the scope we write for your practice.
Do you clean exam rooms and clinical areas?
Clinical areas are discussed at the walkthrough. If a space needs a specialized certification, we'll tell you before you book. Waiting rooms, front desks, restrooms, hallways, staff rooms and other common areas are the rooms a practice scope usually covers.
Can you clean when patients aren't there?
Tell us your patient hours when you request a walkthrough. Your written scope sets a schedule around when the practice is empty. Tell us how entry and lock-up work too, but please don't put door or alarm codes in the form.
Who does the cleaning?
Philly's Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support. That doesn't change once the cleaning starts.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts for commercial customers. Your written scope sets what gets cleaned and how often. If the space needs more time than the scope allows, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.
What if something gets missed?
Contact the office, not the cleaner, within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to re-clean what was in your booked scope at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning. That's Philly's Guarantee.
