Do you clean units between tenants?
Yes. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is for empty homes and apartments, and it's booked online like any home cleaning. The common areas start with a free walkthrough and a quote. Tell us the unit's floor, whether there's an elevator, and how to get in when you book.
Can one company cover several properties?
Tell us about each property when you request a walkthrough, and each one gets its own written scope. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support, whichever building it is, so you have one company to call for every property we clean.
Do you clean walk-up and condo building common areas?
Yes. Tell us what the building has: stairwells on every floor, no elevator, a front desk or building rules for vendors. We plan the scope around it at the walkthrough. Mention where to park and how entry works when you request.
Who does the cleaning?
Philly's Clean Team coordinates cleanings with background-checked, insured cleaning professionals. We try to keep continuity when schedules allow, but the same cleaner is not promised for every visit. We stay your central contact for booking, communication, payment and support. That doesn't change once the cleaning starts.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts for commercial customers. Your written scope sets what gets cleaned and how often. If the space needs more time than the scope allows, you get options first, and nothing is added without your approval.
What if something gets missed?
Contact the office, not the cleaner, within 24 hours and we'll send a cleaner back to re-clean what was in your booked scope at no charge, or take care of it at your next scheduled cleaning. That's Philly's Guarantee.
