House cleaning across Haverford Township: Havertown, Brookline, Llanerch, Manoa, Oakmont and the township’s Ardmore side. ZIPs 19083, 19041 and 19003.

Haverford is mostly homes, and most of them went up in the first half of the 1900s. The mix runs from single houses and twins to row houses, apartments and condos, and the great majority are owner-occupied.
Brookline, Penfield, Beechwood and Ardmore Park were plotted as subdivisions by 1909. Houses that age often mean extra stairs and trim, so tell us how many floors.
Twins and row houses are a big part of the mix. Give us the number of floors and bathrooms, and say if the basement is finished and should be cleaned.
The township’s first planned community grew up at West Chester Pike and Darby Road. Both are snow emergency routes, so in a storm we’ll need a side-street spot.
Large country estates went up on old farmland in the early 1900s, mostly in the township’s north. Big houses need more time, so give us the room count up front.

Owner-occupied houses are the norm here. A weekly, every-other-week or monthly visit keeps a family house in hand. Start with PhillyCare+.

Close. Haverford Township is the municipality, and Havertown is a name the U.S. Post Office coined in 1946. Even the township building has a Havertown address. Some township addresses read Ardmore or Bryn Mawr instead, and local historians note that neighborhoods and post office areas often get mixed up. We clean all of it; book with your street address.
Part of it. The township has an Ardmore Park neighborhood that covers the South Ardmore Betterment Alliance’s area along with Wynnewood Park and Wynnewood Gardens. The rest of Ardmore is in Lower Merion. Names like South Ardmore have drifted over the decades, so just book with your street address and we’ll take it from there.
Not on a snow route. After the township declares a snow emergency, parking is prohibited on its listed streets, and those include Darby Road, Eagle Road, Manoa Road, Haverford Road and West Chester Pike. If you live on one, tell us the nearest side street, or clear a spot in your driveway, and we’ll plan the visit around it.
Yes. The township’s homes mix single houses, twins, row houses, apartments and condos, and most went up in the first half of the 1900s. Tell us how many floors you want cleaned and whether the basement is part of it, so the team books the right amount of time for your house.
