House cleaning for Radnor Township: Wayne, St. Davids, Garrett Hill and Ithan, plus the Radnor sides of Villanova, Rosemont and Bryn Mawr. ZIPs 19087, 19010 and 19085.

Wayne started as Wayne Estate, a development A.J. Drexel and G.W. Childs began in 1880. Across Radnor, most homes are owner-occupied and many have four or more bedrooms, with a fair number of apartment buildings as well.
Early buyers picked named plans like the Gabled Inn, the Flemish House and the Round End House. Big old houses take time, so give us the room count.
Newcomers notice the same house designs repeating around Wayne and St. Davids. Same plan, different upkeep: tell us what your rooms need most.
Downtown Wayne, North Wayne and South Wayne are all National Register districts. If you have original woodwork or old floors, flag them in your notes.
St. Davids is a mostly residential neighborhood on Wayne’s eastern side. On a private lane or a long drive? Tell us where the cleaners should pull in.

Large owner-occupied houses stay easier with a set schedule, weekly, every other week or monthly. Start with PhillyCare+.

Radnor plows primary roads and bus routes first, then collector roads, then residential streets, cul-de-sacs and dead-ends. On a quiet street after snow? Tell us, and we’ll plan the arrival.

Yes. Since the 2020 census, the Wayne census-designated place sits entirely inside Radnor Township, and St. Davids is a mostly residential neighborhood on Wayne’s eastern side. Some Wayne mailing addresses come from outside the township too, and we clean those as well. Book with your street address and we’ll handle the rest.
Both. Villanova straddles the line between Lower Merion Township in Montgomery County and Radnor Township in Delaware County, and Rosemont sits partly in each. The Census also counts part of Radnor as Bryn Mawr. We clean on both sides of the county line, so the booking form only needs your street address.
Only if you live on a permit street. Radnor sells residential parking permits only for streets that meet the criteria in its ordinance, which is aimed at blocks where residents compete with non-residents for curbside spaces. If you’re on one, tell us in your booking notes where the cleaners can park, and say if your driveway is free on cleaning day.
Yes. Downtown Wayne, North Wayne and South Wayne are on the National Register, and the first Wayne Estate houses were built from named plans in the 1880s. Tell us the number of floors and bathrooms, plus anything delicate, like original woodwork or old floors, so the team books enough time.
