House cleaning across Torresdale, West Torresdale and Aston-Woodbridge, in ZIPs 19114 and 19136. Book online, or call or text 215.798.7576.

Torresdale filled in during the 1950s and 1960s with a mix of row houses and single homes. Most homes here are owner-occupied, and most are newer than the city’s pre-war rows.
Postwar building here mixed row houses with single-family homes. Tell us the number of floors and whether the basement is finished, so we book enough time.
A fair share of Torresdale homes sit in small apartment buildings. Add parking, entry and any building rules to your booking notes.
Charles Macalester bought 1,000 acres by the river in 1850 and called it Torresdale. If yours is one of the older, larger houses, say so when you book.
Many households here are headed by someone 65 or older. A recurring visit keeps a family home easy to look after.

Most Torresdale homes are owner-occupied. A weekly, every-other-week or monthly visit keeps yours on track. Start with PhillyCare+.

Yes. This page covers Torresdale plus West Torresdale and Aston-Woodbridge, across ZIPs 19114 and 19136. A local history group puts Torresdale roughly between Linden Avenue and Poquessing Creek, from Frankford Avenue east to the river. Lines here are informal, so book with your street address and the booking form will place you.
From Scotland. Charles Macalester bought 1,000 acres along the Delaware River in 1850 and named them Torresdale, after Torrisdale, his family’s ancestral home. Part of that land is Glen Foerd, at 5001 Grant Avenue, now a Fairmount Park property. None of it changes how we clean, but it is a good story.
Tell us in your booking notes. Grant Avenue between Welsh Road and Academy Road is a snow emergency route, so in a declared snow emergency, cars there must move. Near the train station at Grant and James Street, the Parking Authority runs a lot at 4900 Grant Avenue. A free driveway is the easiest option of all.
Not always. Torresdale Avenue is a long street that also runs past the older Tacony and Wissinoming blocks. The neighborhood itself sits up by the river, roughly from Linden Avenue to Poquessing Creek. We clean along the whole avenue and both neighborhoods, so put your street address in the booking form and it does the rest.
