House cleaning across Mayfair, ZIPs 19149 and 19136, centered on Cottman and Frankford Avenues. Northeast Philly is our home base.

Mayfair, 19149Most Mayfair houses are airlite rowhouses, built from 1945 to 1955. Most are owner-occupied family homes with three bedrooms or more.
A rowhouse with the kitchen and dining room side by side across the back of the first floor. A straight-through house puts one behind the other.
A typical postwar Northeast rowhouse has a one-car garage at the lower level, a raised front yard and steps up to the door. Tell us if the lower level is part of the job.
East of Frankford Avenue on Knorr Street there’s a cluster of about 300 one-story airlites. One floor to clean: mention it when you book.
Lots of Mayfair households have kids at home. A regular visit keeps the kitchen and bathrooms ahead of the week.

Family rowhomes stay on top of the week with a regular visit. Start with PhillyCare+.

Many Mayfair rowhouses have a garage at basement level, at the back. If the cleaners can use it or the driveway behind it, say so in your booking notes.
Frankford Avenue is Mayfair’s main commercial strip. If you live on the Avenue, tell us where the cleaners can park.
Cottman Avenue is a snow emergency route from the I-95 ramp to Fillmore Street. When one is declared, cars parked on it must move or can be ticketed and towed.

Mayfair isn’t easy to define. Some people call a stretch along Frankford Avenue Holmesburg, even where business signs say Mayfair, and Tacony and Wissinoming border it to the south and east. We clean all of them, so the booking form only needs your street address.
Yes, it’s the most common house in Mayfair. A typical postwar Northeast rowhouse has two floors of living space over a one-car garage at the lower level. Tell us whether the lower level is part of the job, and how the cleaners should get in.
Probably, but sources disagree. Billy Penn puts Mayfair between Frankford Avenue, Roosevelt Boulevard, Pennypack Park and Cheltenham Avenue, while a Penn neighborhood database stops it at Harbison Avenue. It changes nothing for booking: we clean both sides, and the form goes by street address.
Usually not. Visit Philadelphia calls parking around the Northeast plentiful, and many rowhouses here have a rear garage. The exception is a declared snow emergency, when cars parked on Cottman Avenue must move. Tell us in your booking notes where the cleaners should park.
