Cleaning for Tredyffrin Township homes in Paoli, Berwyn, Strafford, Chesterbrook and Daylesford, plus Wayne and Devon addresses. ZIPs 19087, 19301, 19312 and 19355.

Low-density neighborhoods cover most of the township, and roughly half the homes are detached singles, with plenty of townhouses and apartments too. Most are owner-occupied.
One planned community holds detached houses, townhouses and multi-family buildings side by side. Tell us which you live in, so we send the right size team.
Medium-density streets sit mostly in the south of the township. Whatever the lot size, list every level you want done so we book the right hours.
Paoli grew up around the railroad, and the line once ran at grade through Strafford and Berwyn. In an older village house, flag any floors or finishes that need a gentle touch.
Multi-family complexes are a small slice of the land but a real share of homes. For a move-out, add the leasing office’s rules and your unit number.

For detached houses across the low-density neighborhoods that need steady upkeep, room by room. Start with PhillyCare+.

Snow emergencies change the parking rules.
In a declared snow emergency nobody may park in the circle of a cul-de-sac. If you live on one, keep the driveway clear for our car, or tell us where else to stop.
Parking is banned on every designated snow emergency route while an emergency is on. We will move a booking rather than park where we shouldn’t.
Paoli (13 N. Valley Road), Daylesford (1301 Lancaster Avenue) and Strafford (97 Old Eagle School Road) are the township’s stations. Close by? Point us to the spot that works.

Maybe. Tredyffrin’s postal regions include Berwyn, Chesterbrook, Devon, Malvern, Paoli, Wayne and a few more, and Berwyn itself is split between Tredyffrin and Easttown. It doesn’t matter for booking: we clean on both sides of every one of those lines. Enter your street address and the form does the rest.
Both. Paoli is split between Tredyffrin and Willistown townships. The village core around the train station reaches out toward Central Avenue, Circular Avenue and Route 252 on the Tredyffrin side. Either way, a Paoli address is in our area, so book with your street address and we’ll take it from there.
Yes. Chesterbrook has detached homes, townhouses and multi-family buildings all in one planned community. Tell us the home type and the number of floors when you book. If your association has rules about contractors, parking or entry, paste them into your booking notes so the team arrives ready.
Off the street if you can. In a declared emergency the township bans parking on snow emergency routes, and nobody may park in the circle of a cul-de-sac. If your driveway is free, say so in your notes. If the roads aren’t safe to reach you, we’ll call to reschedule.
