We clean homes all over Easttown Township, in Berwyn and Devon. ZIPs 19312 and 19333.

The township’s big housing boom came in the 1950s, and old estates have since been split into lots for singles and townhouses. The vast majority are owner-occupied, and most have four bedrooms or more.
Devon’s Victorian homes have aged well. Original woodwork and old floors deserve care: point out anything you’d rather we wipe by hand.
Away from the Lancaster Avenue shops, Berwyn mixes traditional houses with newer infill. Tell us the year or style if you know it, so the team brings the right kit.
Four or more bedrooms is normal here. Count bathrooms and finished basements in your booking so the visit is long enough.
Some former estates are now townhouse lots. Several floors, stairs between them: say which levels are in scope.

For Devon and Berwyn Victorians with detail work in every room, or a first visit after a long gap.

Lots of Berwyn residents park on the street, and even narrow streets often allow it on both sides. If there’s a driveway spot for us, say so.
Some Berwyn blocks have posted time limits or are permit-only, though nothing on the street is metered. If yours is one of them, tell us where a cleaner can stay for the whole visit.

Both. Berwyn sits on a ridge that runs partly through Easttown and partly through Tredyffrin. The name comes from the railroad, which renamed the old village of Reeseville in 1877. We clean on both sides of the township line, so a Berwyn address is in our area either way. Book with your street address.
Not as a government. Devon was developed inside Easttown Township, and names like Berwyn and Devon only carry railroad and postal meaning, because the government is the township. Even the township offices use a Devon, PA 19333 address. For us it’s simple: a Devon address is an Easttown home we clean.
Usually on the street. Many Berwyn houses were built before cars were common, so residents rely on curb parking, and it’s often allowed on both sides even where the street is narrow. A few blocks have time limits or need a permit. If yours does, put your driveway or a nearby legal spot in your notes.
Yes, and it’s common here: most Easttown homes have four bedrooms or more. For a Victorian in Devon or Berwyn, tell us the number of floors, bathrooms and any finished basement, and flag original woodwork or old floors. That lets us set the right team size and time for the first visit.
