House cleaning for Feasterville, Trevose, Trevose Heights and the township’s share of Oakford, all in ZIP 19053.

Lower Southampton stayed mostly rural until the late 1950s, when farms began turning into suburban single homes. Today most houses here are detached and owner-occupied.
The shift from farms to single homes began in the late 1950s. If your kitchen or baths are original, start with a deep clean to reset the grout and fixtures.
Detached houses are the norm across the township. Tell us the number of floors and whether the basement is finished, so the team brings enough time.
Parts of Trevose and Oakford sit here, and the rest is in Bensalem. We clean on both sides of that line, so just book with your street address.

Owner-occupied singles suit a set rhythm, weekly, every other week or monthly. Start with PhillyCare+.
What’s included →
For houses from the township’s first suburban decades, where original kitchens and baths want more than a wipe-down.
What’s included →
A one-time clean before guests, after a party or ahead of a listing, anywhere from Feasterville to Trevose Heights.
What’s included →In a declared snow emergency, no car may stay on any township street.
The rest of the year, your driveway is the easy answer.
While one is in effect, cars left on township streets can be fined or towed. If a storm lands on your cleaning day, tell us where the team can pull in.
The road crew and PennDOT both need the streets empty to plow. A cleared spot in your driveway helps our cleaners arrive on time after a storm.
Front door, side door or garage? Keys, a code or someone home? Tell us how the cleaners get in when you book.

Yes. Feasterville is one of the township’s principal communities, with Trevose Heights and parts of Oakford and Trevose. It sits near the middle of the township, about 17 miles from Center City. The old village names are still in everyday use, so book with whichever name is on your mail.
It depends on the street. Trevose is a census-designated place inside Lower Southampton, but pieces of Trevose and Oakford fall in Bensalem Township, the neighbor to the east. We clean in both townships, so enter your street address and we’ll take it from there.
Not on the street. While a snow emergency is in effect it’s unlawful to leave a car on any township street, and cars can be fined or towed. If your driveway has room, tell us in your booking notes. If it doesn’t, call or text and we’ll work out the timing together.
Bensalem to the east, Northampton to the north, Upper Southampton and Lower Moreland to the west, and the city of Philadelphia to the south. Lower and Upper Southampton were one township until they split in 1928. We clean in all of them, so moving across a township line doesn’t change how you book.
