House cleaning for Richboro, Holland and Churchville in Northampton Township, across ZIPs 18954, 18966 and 18974.

Northampton’s farms turned into housing developments, and the count of homes nearly doubled between 1980 and 2010. Most are owner-occupied single homes, and many have four or more bedrooms.
Detached single-family houses make up most of the township’s housing. More bedrooms and baths mean more time, so list them all when you book.
Churchville was known for period Colonial houses, later joined by stately Victorians. Older woodwork and trim take hand detailing, so mention it in your notes.
Townhouses and apartments are few, and sit mostly near Neshaminy Creek in the south and east. Moving out of one? A move-out clean leaves it ready to hand back.
Holland has grown fast with housing developments and shopping. Newer houses still need steady care, and a recurring visit handles it.

Owner-occupied singles with plenty of bedrooms stay on top of things with a weekly, every-other-week or monthly visit. Start with PhillyCare+.

Our cleaners drive to you, so parking is the only question.
When the township declares one, residents are told to take every vehicle off township streets while plows run, and cars left out may be towed at the owner’s expense. On a snowy cleaning day, tell us where we can pull in.
Churchville’s station is now a restored private home, and trains stopped running there in the early 1980s. Tell us about long driveways, gates or a back entrance.
Richboro is the seat of township government and a hub of shopping centers, and Holland’s small commercial strip runs along Buck and Bristol roads. Near either one, mention any parking quirks.

Yes, all three. They’re the township’s unincorporated communities and census-designated places. Richboro absorbed the old village of Addisville, and Holland was once called Rocksville. Churchville’s historic district reaches into Upper Southampton too. Book with your street address and we’ll match you to the right township.
Partly, by name. The old village of Jacksonville is now considered Ivyland, and the township still lists an Ivyland community among its own. Ivyland Borough is a separate town on the township’s border. We clean in both, so if your address says Ivyland, book with the street address and we’ll sort out the rest.
In your driveway if possible. During a snow emergency Northampton asks residents to take all vehicles off township streets while plows run, and cars left out may be towed at the owner’s expense. Most homes here are single houses, so a cleared driveway spot usually solves it. Mention it in your booking notes.
Yes. Most of Northampton’s townhouses and apartment developments sit near Neshaminy Creek, toward the south and east of the township. Add your community’s parking and entry rules to the booking notes. A move-in or move-out clean fits an empty unit, and a recurring clean fits the one you call home.
