How to clean every room, step by step.
Written for Philly rowhomes and walk-ups.

To organize a small bathroom, clear the counter, purge the medicine cabinet, use the wall and the back of the door, and give every daily item one home.

To clean bathroom tiles, dust or vacuum, wash with warm water and a cleaner made for your tile, scrub the grout lines, rinse well and dry to stop streaks.

To clean a bathroom floor, vacuum up the hair first, wipe around the toilet base by hand, then mop with a cleaner that suits the floor and let it dry.

To clean chrome bathroom fixtures, wash them with warm soapy water, lift water spots with diluted vinegar, rinse, then dry and buff with microfiber.

To clean a shower drain, take off the cover, pull out the hair with gloves or a drain tool, flush with baking soda, vinegar and hot water, and rinse.

To clean a bathroom sink, clear the counter, spray the basin and faucet, scrub the drain and overflow, rinse and dry, then wipe the vanity and doors.
