Cleaning for Media borough, the county seat, and for the many 19063 addresses outside it. Apartments, brick homes and Victorians alike.

Media was laid out as a planned county seat in 1850. Today most households rent, and a big share live in apartment buildings.
Many of Media’s Victorian homes, more than a century old, are still kept up beautifully. If yours has detailed woodwork, book a deep clean first.
After a fire in the early 1850s the borough banned wood-frame buildings, so stores and homes went up in brick. Brick hearths and sills hold dust; mention them.
A 1940 state guide described most Media houses as set far back on shaded lawns. Tell us which way in works best, the front walk or a side door.
A large share of Media homes have one bedroom or none. Small units clean fast, and a move-out needs the building’s access rules.

Most Media households rent, so leases turn over. Move-in and move-out cleans leave an apartment or house ready for the walk-through.

Maybe not. The 19063 ZIP covers far more ground than the borough, whose borders haven’t changed since 1850. It reaches parts of Upper Providence and Nether Providence townships, South Media included, and most of Middletown Township. We clean in all of them, so it makes no difference to booking. Just enter your street address.
At a paid street spot, a borough lot or your driveway. Parking is paid from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, in every zone. State Street spaces are capped at three hours, while Zones 2 and 3 have no time limit. Tell us in your booking notes what works on your block.
Streets with the black Residential Permit Parking Only sign need a permit. Residents can get guest passes for up to one week, so a pass for cleaning day keeps the team clear of a ticket. Put the pass details in your booking notes, or tell us where else a car can wait.
Yes. Most Media households rent and a big share live in apartment buildings, so move-in, move-out and regular apartment cleans are all on the list. If you live in a commercial district without off-street parking, the borough sells a resident meter permit. Add your entry, buzzer and elevator details.
